Ingredients

fresh spinach frozen
banana
yogurt 6 oz..low fat( I use yoplait flavored)
water 1 cup
splenda 2 pkg
pinch salt
chai seed 1 Tbsp
flax seed
Tips
If you have a vita mix it will grind seed...my ninja doesn't get all of them
Directions
Put all ingredients in blender ..I have Ninja,,,,blend until it looks pureed
