1 lb uncooked orzo 13 oz Hillshire Farms Turkey Smoked Sausage 1 qt Swanson's fat free chicken broth 3 cups chopped sweet peppers (red/yellow/green/orange) 1 cup chopped Vidalia onion 3 Tbs olive oil 1/2 t red pepper flakes
Chop onions and peppers and saute in olive oil in large saute pan. Slice sausage into 1/4" slices and add to onion and pepper pan and sauté 5 min longer. Meanwhile bring chicken stock to a sauce pan and add 1 lb package of orzo. Boil orzo for 8 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent sticking. When orzo is finished cooking, add to pan with onions, peppers and sausage. Stir to mix thoroughly and season to taste with red pepper flakes.
