Cook pasta to al dente, drain & rinse. Use some pasta water to "stir-fry" broccoli until al dente. Remove and add to the bowl of pasta. In the same skillet, add 1 tbsp. each of garlic, basil, and olive oil. Cook & stir for a minute or so - then add 1 cup tomatoes and cook about 2 minutes. Remove and add to bowl of pasta. Add bite size pieces of chicken to the skillet and add salt and pepper. Stir-fry until done. Add the pasta bowl mixture to the skillet and continue to cook until heated through. Add 4 tsp of Parmesan and cook another minute or two. Serve in pasta bowl with another sprinkle of Parmesan and some chopped green onion ends.
