Introduction

I took Chef Meg’s Avocado Cream and substituted lowfat sour cream for the yogurt and added some spices. I took Chef Meg’s Avocado Cream and substituted lowfat sour cream for the yogurt and added some spices.

Ingredients

    Avocados, Florida, 2 fruit without skin and seeds
    Sour Cream, reduced fat, 1.25 cup
    Garlic, 5 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
    Sage, ground, 1 tsp
    Paprika, 1 tbsp
    Onion powder, 1 tbsp
    Salt, 1 dash

    Pretty much season to your own tastes.

Directions

core avocados and mash
mix in with container of sour cream
add seasoning
mix thoroughly
keep refrigerated.

Serving Size: makes 10 2 tbsp servings.
