Ingredients

    1 28 oz can diced tomatoes with herbs and spices
    1 tbls. olive oil
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 tsp. chopped garlic
    3 stalks celery, diced
    2 medium carrots,sliced
    1 head cabbage, shredded
    2 C frozen french green beans
    1 19oz can black beans
    3 oz sirloin beef strips

Tips

add sirloin to 3 qt. pot with water. Bring to boil. Skim the top of the water. add beef broth and olive oil.
You may add salt and pepper to taste. I also put a couple of bay leaves in.


Directions

1. Place tomatoes, onion, celery, carrots, and cabbage in a pot, simmer over medium heat until tender.

2. Add canned vegetables. Heat.
