Ingredients

Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
Olive Oil, 4 tbsp
Green Peppers (bell peppers), 2 cup, strips
*Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 2 cup, chopped
Garlic, 3 cloves
Salt, .5 tsp
Shrimp, raw, 907.1 grams (deveined)
*Cumin seed, 1 tbsp (ground)
Cilantro, dried, 1 tbsp or frozen (2 tsp.)
Tips
Can add jalapeno peppers or crushed red peppers to spice it up. Serve on low carb tortillas or rice.
Directions
prepare the vegetables and wash. Chop garlic, set aside. In a saute pan on medium heat add the olive oil, then the garlic; saute until fragrant. Add the onions; saute until slightly translucent. Add the red and green peppers; saute until tender crisp; add salt to taste, add the ground cumin seed and cilantro; saute 2 minutes more. Add the shrimp and saute until pink and cooked thoroughly. Enjoy
