    8 MEDIUM POTATOS PEELED/DICED
    WATER TO BOIL POTATOES
    3 CUPS 1% MILK or SKIM FOR FEWER CALORIES
    1 CUP PACKAGED POTATO FLAKES
    4 TABLES BACON BITS
    1/4 CUP DICED ONIONS

Tips

GARNISH WITH TBS FAT FREE SOUR CREAM IF YOU LIKE


Directions

BOIL POTATES, DRAIN 1/2 WATER, ADD ONIONS, MILK AND BACON BITS, BRING TO BOIL STIR FREQUENTLY.

WHEN HEATED THRU , ADD POTATO FLAKES TO THICKEN. STIR IN , REMOVE FROM HEAT AND LET SIT 5 MINS. SERVE.
