2/3 tablespoon olive oil
1 1/2 cloves garlic, crushed
18 ounces crushed tomatoes
1 bay leaf
2 teaspoons dried basil
1/2 cup half and half cream
1/4 cup vodka
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
2. Add tomatoes, basil, salt, pepper, and bay leaf. Stir together and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 15-20 minutes.
3. Stir in vodka and simmer for another 5 minutes. Add half and half and cheese. Stir until combined.
4. Serve over favorite pasta or spaghetti squash (not included in nutrition facts).
