Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 Cup chopped onion
    i cup chopped green pepper
    1-28 oz can tomatoes
    1-14 oz can of baked beans in tomato sauce
    1-14 oz can black beans, rinsed
    2 Tbsp. salsa

Directions

Brown onion and peppers in a large saucepan sprayed with cooking spray. Saute for 5 minutes or until softened. Add tomatoes, beans and salsa and bring to a boil. Simmer for 20 minutes for flavors to meld
