Carrots, raw, 2 cup, chopped
Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
Garlic, 2 clove
Soup, bouillon cubes and granules, low sodium, dry, 4 teaspoon
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 0.5 tomato
Cauliflower, raw, 1.5 cup
Celery, raw, 0.5 cup, diced
Water 4 Cups
I like to save the tops of celery that I use in other recipes, utilizing the tops in this soup an change up recipe depending on what you have handy in the crisper, but the carrots are what gives it the sweet taste. if low sodium diet may skip bullion.
Serving Size: makes 3 2 cup portions
