Introduction

We had a guest from Germany who baked this cake for us. It has no flour and it melst in your mouth. We had a guest from Germany who baked this cake for us. It has no flour and it melst in your mouth.

Ingredients

    grated lemon skin
    vanilla flavour(en rama, vanilla sugar...etc)

Directions

Mix the eggs with sugar and butter and vanilla flavour. Add the quark, pudding powder and grated lemon. Mix all together very well.
Preheat the oven to 200║C (for Farenheit, use a converter)
Bake for about 30 minutes. Depending on the ovens it make take a bit longer.
