1 cup Barley Flour
1 cup Oat Flour
1 TBSP Baking powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 cup ground flax seed
2 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp sunflower oil (or your oil of choice)
2 Tbsp flax seed soaked in 6 Tbsp water (as sub for 2 eggs)
1.5 cup soymilk (or milk of your choice)
2 tsp vanilla extract
To make less dishes: use the tbsp to measure out the 2 tbsp flax into bowl, then add 8 tbsp (the same as 1/2 cup) of the flax seed into the large bowl. Now add the 6 tbsp water to the small bowl. When adding honey and sunflower oil, put 1 tbsp oil in, then 1 tbsp honey, then 1 tbsp oil, then 1 tbsp honey. This way the honey slides right out of the spoon. Now you have only used 1 tbsp through the whole recipe.
