Campbelll's Lemon Chicken (Crockpot)

Ingredients

    Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, 2 breast, bone and skin removed (remove)
    Water, tap, .25 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    *Lemon Juice, .1 cup (remove)
    Yellow Mustard, 2 tsp or 1 packet (remove)
    Garlic, 1 tsp (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 3 medium (remove)
    Cream of Chicken Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz) (remove)

Directions

Mix soup, water, lemon juice, mustard, garlic and carrots in crockpot. Cut chicken into serving size pieces. Add chicken and turn to coat.
Cover and cook on low for 7 to 8 hours or on high for 4 to 5 hours.
Serve over noodles.
