Introduction

Brown meat with onions and garlic. Mix water with bouillon and add to meat. Add chopped tomotoes, peppers, zuchini. Add one can beans. Salt, pepper, basil, thyme, oregano, etc. to taste. Ingredients

    1 lb. top sirloin cut into small cubes
    3 cloves garlic
    1 onion chopped
    1 can black beans
    15 or so Roma tomatoes skinned and chopped
    3 cubes bouillon
    2 small bags frozen mixed vegetables
    3 banana peppers chopped
    3 green peppers chopped
    Spices to taste--salt, pepper, basil, oregano, thyme, herbs de provence, cayenne, etc.

Tips

I top with shredded cheese for those not on a diet. Can used canned tomatoes, I use frozen from my garden, same with the peppers.
