Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 can rotel tomatoes
    1 8oz box of Whole wheat Macaroni
    1 cup Smart Balance Skim Milk
    1 cup 1/2 the fat Velveeta
    2 tbsp Smart Balance Buttery Spread

Directions

Cook pasta according to package directions.

While pasta is cooking mix the milk, cheese and buttery spread over medium heat until cheese is melted. Add the rotel tomatoes to sauce.

Drain pasta and put back into pan. Add the sauce to the pasta and stir until combined.

Serving Size: Makes 8 1 cup servings
