Crepes with Orange Butter syrup




Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 c flour
    0.75 c skim milk
    1 jumbo egg
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1tbsp vanilla extract
    2 tsp margarine

    0.50 c of pancake syrup
    1 orange cut into sections

Directions

Mix flour and salt together, make a well in the center and add the set ingredients. Mix until well blended.
Pour a quarter of the batter into the pan and spread around. Cook for 30 seconds one side and then slip and cook for another 20 seconds the other side. Continue with the rest of the batter.

Pour the pancake syrup into a pot and put the oranges in as well. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Pour over crepes and enjoy.
