Quinoa Pilaf

Ingredients

    Quinoa, 1C
    Fat-free Chicken Broth, 2C
    Garlic, Minced, 1T

Directions

1. Rinse quinoa
2. Cook quinoa, broth, and garlic over high heat until it reaches boiling.
3. Cover and reduce to simmer. Simmer 15 minutes.
4. Toss with a fork.

Serving Size: Makes approximately 6 servings.
