Number of Servings: 40

Ingredients

    4 cups oats flakes
    2 cups each of rye, kamut and spelt flakes
    1 cup each of wheat and quinoa flakes
    3/4 cup each walnuts, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds
    1/2 cup each coconut oil and maple syrup (or honey or agave)
    2 cups apple juice or apple sauce.



Tips

You want to stir often so it gets mixed well. Bake until it is golden throughout. If you like clusters, stir less after adding the sweet stage.


Directions

mix dry ingredients together place in a large roasting pan, add coconut oil and apple juice/sauce and bake at 250-300F for about 60 minutes. Stir often. Then add the sweetner (honey, maple syrup, agave).
