Tartar Sauce

Ingredients

    cup Olive Oil Mayo 1 Tbsp minced cornichons or dill pickle 2 Tbsp fresh parsley leaves, minced 2 tsp minced capers 2 tsp minced chives
    (fresh) Tbsp lemon juice 1 tsp pickle juice salt and ground black pepper

Directions

Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix with a spatula until blended. Allow the flavors to meld for 30 minutes before serving. Store covered in the
refrigerator.

Serving Size: Makes 1/2 cup - four servings
