Ingredients

    ground venison, 2lb
    half cup shreeded cheese
    1 onion diced
    1 bell pepper diced
    1 can diced tomatos
    half can tomato paste (or 1/2 cup)
    peanut oil, 3T

Directions

brown venison in oil with onion and peppers. Add tomatoes and tomato paste. season to taste - i used garlic and italian seasonings. let simmer until hot all the way through. mix in cheese until melted. serve on a roll.
