Easy Light fluffy Cheesecake Easy Light fluffy Cheesecake
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    3 oz Cream Cheese
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 cup sour cream
    1 tub whipping cream (Cool Whip - 8 oz)

    1 graham cracker crust

Directions

Cream softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add sugar and sour cream and vanilla. Mix til fluffy. Fold in cool whip.
Fill prepared pie shell. Chill 4 hours.

Serving Size: Makes 8 pieces of pie
