Introduction

Ingredients

    1 c. nonfat yogurt
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    Artificial sweetener of your choice; adjust amount to taste
    dash spice (cardamom, ginger, cumin, mint... there are many possibilities)

Tips

Lassi can also be made savory instead of sweet, sub 1 tsp. salt for the sweetener.
