Introduction

Great flavored soup and a wonderful way to get in all of your veggies! Add-ins welcome! Great flavored soup and a wonderful way to get in all of your veggies! Add-ins welcome!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    Garlic 2 cloves chopped & 2 cloves grated into soup
    Red Onion
    Celery
    Mushrooms
    Beef, lean sliced & diced
    Asparagus
    Broccoli
    Carrots
    Zucchini
    Squash
    V-8 Juice
    Turmeric
    Ground Black Pepper
    Sage
    Thyme


Directions

saute onion, garlic, celery & mushrooms. Brown diced meat with spices. Add all other ingredients to crockpot, put in sauteed veggies and browned meat, season to taste with fresh or dried spices of your choice!

Serving Size: Makes about 12 small servings
