1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons butter
1 tablespoon sugar
3 tablespoons nonfat dry milk
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon grated orange zest
1/4 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cup bread flour
1 teaspoon rapid-rising or active dry yeast
1/3 cup dried, sweetened cranberries
This recipe is for a 1 pound loaf in a bread-maker.
Set bread-maker to fruit and nut setting. Add cranberries when prompted by machine.
