Ingredients

    1/2 cup cooked qunoi (cooled)
    1 can chickpees
    1/2 cucumber small cubes
    1/2 sweet red pepper diced
    5-7 Cherry tomatoes, quartered
    1 tblspn Citrus flavours grapeseed oil
    1/2 tsp tumeric
    1/2 tsp garic powder
    1/2 teaspoon onion seed
    1/2 tsp cumin powder
    1 ttsp honey
    Salt and pepper to taste
    Squeeze of fresh lime juice

    1/2 avocado cubed

Tips

feel free to substitute fresh lemon juice for the citrus oil.


Directions

Mix all ingredients, chill, and enjoy!
