Ingredients

1 lb elbo macaroni
1/2 lb bacon
1T dried onion
1 clove garlic
1/2 stick butter
3 T flour
2 C Milk
5 C Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Dash Salt
Dash Pepper
1/4 T Dried Mustard
Directions
Makes 8 1 cup servings
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees
Cut bacon into bite sized pieces and cook. In another pot boil water. When the water is boiling add the macaroni until it is al-dente
When Bacon is almost done cooking add onion and garlic. Remove the Onion, garlic, and bacon put on a plate with a paper towel on it to drain.
Wipe the rest of the bacon grease out of the bottom of the pan and add in butter until it melts. Add the flour into the butter and stir for 2 min. to cook it. Add in the milk. Stir continuously until the milk thickens up approx 2 - 4 min. Add in 4 cups of cheese. stir until everything starts to thicken up. Add in mustard, salt, and pepper.
Add the Cheese sauce to the macaroni. Put into a caserol dish and top with additional cup of cheese. Bake in oven for 15 - 20 minutes
