Turkey noodle soup w/mixed vegetables

Introduction

Used homemade broth from Christmas turkey with the leftover turkey. Used homemade broth from Christmas turkey with the leftover turkey.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    4 cups turkey broth
    1 cup water
    2 cups uncooked egg noodles
    1- 1lb bag frozen vegetables
    1 can mushroom pieces, drained and rinsed
    1/2 c diced onion
    1 lb cooked turkey, diced.
    1 tsp Mrs. Dash original seasoning.

Directions

1. Bring broth and water to boiling, add noodles and bring back to a boil. Remove from heat and cover with a lid. Let sit for 10 minutes.
2. Remove lid, add all remaining ingredients, Heat through.

Serving Size: makes 10 1-cup servings
