Single Serving GF Berry Crisp

Introduction

You can substitute GF baking mix or coconut flour for the almond flour. I use whatever I have around. You can substitute GF baking mix or coconut flour for the almond flour. I use whatever I have around.

Ingredients

    1 cup of frozen berry mix
    1/4 cup of almond flour
    1 tbsp honey
    1 tbsp butter
    1 tsp brown sugar
    1 tsp corn starch

Directions

Mix berries and cornstarch. Then mix with honey. Add to ramekin. Mix almond flour, melted butter, brown sugar and top berry mixture. Bake until brown.
