12-16 oz chicken breasts
1/4 cup unsalted butter
stove top stuffing mix- chickekn
1/3 cup milk
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
small rectangular pan- no larger than 13 by 9
Thaw chicken and place in bottom of slightly greased pan. Sprinkle w/ paprika and red pepper.
Mix cream of chicken w/ milk, pour over chicken.
Melt butter with 1 1/4 cups hot water and pour over stuffing mix in a separate bowl. When soaked in, top chicken with stuffing.
