Ingredients

    1 egg
    20g salce kosi (strained yogurt, 10% fat)
    20 g cheddar cheese
    I small onion, copped
    1/4 pepper, chopped
    10 g Linwoods milled flax etc

Tips

Can use any veg
I use strained yogurt as that's what's available here - original recipe uses cottage cheese.
Original recommends salsa on top. I put tiny squeeze of ketchup


Directions

saute veg till soft.
mix egg, strained yog, grated cheese.
Add to veg
cook till set to your taste, stirring occasionally.
