Ingredients

    1 Ripe Banana
    1/2c Unsweetened Almond Milk
    1/4c Almond Flour
    2 Eggs
    2t Cinnamon
    1/2t Nutmeg
    1/2t Baking Powder

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Cook pancakes in a hot, greased skillet, turning when the edges are dry.

Serving Size: Makes 12 4" Pancakes
