3 Small Bananas, mashed
2T Pure Maple Syrup
2T Peanut Butter
1T Cocoa Powder
1/2C Special K Protein Plus Cereal
2T Mini Chocolate Chips
Mash bananas in a bowl. Add peanut butter, syrup, and cocoa powder. After mixed well, add oats and cereal. Mix. Add in mini chocolate chips.
Line a mini muffin pan with liners. Fill each (24) liner full of mix. Place in freezer for approximately an hour. I then transferred to a tupperware and placed in fridge.
Serving Size: makes 24 mini muffin size bites
