Introduction

Favorite!!! Don't use chicken for vegetarian Favorite!!! Don't use chicken for vegetarian
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    -2tbsp canola oil for cooking

    -1-2 gobo (burdock) root

    -1-2 hasu/rencon(lotus root)

    -2-4 carrots

    -green beans/ snap peas

    -1-2 chicken breasts (opt)

    -1/4 cup of sake

    -2tbsp of brown sugar

    -3 tbsp of shoyu

    - 1/4 cup of water

Directions

1. Cook chicken in canola oil first if using
2. Add vegetables when chicken color changes( cut into random pieces )
3. Cook for 3 minutes then dd sake, sugar, shoyu and water
4. When pin on pressure cooker goes up, set timer for 3 minutes and turn off
