Sausage & Pepperoni Penne Bake

Ingredients

    5 Italian turkey sausages
    1 package of turkey pepperoni
    1 package of mozzarella cheese
    1 cup parmesan cheese
    1 1/2 jars of marinara spaghetti sauce
    1 box penne pasta - whole grain
    1 small can black olives
    1/2 cup onions, chopped
    1/2 cup green peppers, chopped
    Italian seasoning and garlic powder to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Boil sausage and drain. Cut into quarter-sized slices. Boil pasta and drain. Saute' onions and peppers in a small daub of butter. Add spaghetti sauce to onions and peppers. In a 9x13 pan, spread 1 cup of sauce. Then, layer each ingredient: pasta, mozzarella, parmesan cheese, pepperoni, sausage, black olives. Repeat twice. Add a layer of cheese to top and sprinkle with seasoning. Cover with aluminum foil and bake 10 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 more minutes.
