Honey's Vegetable Soup

Introduction

This is a nice, low-cal comfort food! This is a nice, low-cal comfort food!

Ingredients

    4 cups water
    1 vegetable bullion cube
    2 medium russet potatoes (cubed)
    1 cup corn (frozen)
    1 cup green beans (frozen)
    1 cup peas (frozen)
    1/2 cup celery
    1/2 cup carrots (cubed or sliced)
    1/2 cup yellow onion, cubed
    1 tsp. cumin
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
    salt to taste

Boil water, add bullion and spices. Carefully add all vegetables and simmer for one hour. Salt for taste.
