Slow Cooker Vegetable Beef Soup

Ingredients

    1/8 cup flour
    7.5 oz boneless sirloin steak - cubed
    2 cups Birdseye Mixed Vegetables
    2 tbsp Fresh Cilantro
    1 tbsp minced garlic
    1/4 cup chopped onions
    1 1/4 cup potatoes, cubed
    1 can Rotel Tomatoes
    1 can Hunts Tomato Sauce - Roasted Garlic
    2 cup water

Tips

You can brown the meat prior to placing in slow cooker or you can just put in slow cooker if desired.


Directions

Season and flour cubed steak and brown in skillet. Add to crockpot along with chopped onions, garlic, cilantro, can of Rotel Tomatoes and Hunts tomato sauce and 2 cups of water. Allow to cook on high about 2 hours. Prior to going to bed (I cooked overnight) turn crockpot to low and add in mixed vegetables and potatoes.
