Protein Meatloaf

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1lb ground buffalo
    1/4 cup oatmeal
    2 egg whites
    1/4 cup Tomato Sauce
    1/2 medium yellow onion, diced
    Garlic powder to taste
    Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 F. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Place into loaf pan or mold into a loaf and place onto a baking sheet. Bake for 55 minutes. Let sit 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Makes 6 servings (1 slice each)
