Stuffed Acorn Squash

Ingredients

    1 acorn squash
    1 pound lean Hamburger
    small onion, diced
    1 cup wild rice
    1 tablespoon butter
    2 tablespoons shredded cheese
    Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

Cut the acorn squash in half, scoop out the seeds. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook rice according to directions on package and brown hamburger and onion in a skillet.
Mix rice and hamburger together. When squash is cooked, put rice/hamburger mixture into the center. Top with shredded cheese and bake another 10 minutes.
