Broccoli Potato Soup

Broccoli Potato Soup

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 cup Broccoli
    1 cup diced potatoes
    1/4 cup marinara
    1/4 cup Greek Yogurt
    1/4 cup water

    season to taste.

Tips

You can substitute marinara for vegetable stock and milk for the Greek yogurt and milk. I used these ingredients to keep the sodium low.


Directions

Place broccoli & potatoes in pot and boil until tender.

Drain the potatoes and broccoli.

Place potatoes, broccoli and remaining ingredients in blender and puree.

Heat and serve.

Serving Size: 1
