Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    2 potatoes
    2 T of mayo
    2 t of vinegar
    .75 t of sugar
    1/8 t of salt

Directions

Boil the potatoes for 20-25 minutes.
Mix all the other ingredients in a fry pan on low heat, add in the potatoes, when suitably crispy, eat!
