Ingredients

Apples, fresh, 4 medium (2-3/4" dia)
Cinnamon, ground, 4 tbsp
Allspice, 1 tbsp
Corn Starch, .2 grams
Country Crock, Shedd's Spread Country Crock Light (Soft), 1 Tbsp, 4 serving
*Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, 12 tsp
Couple of quick explanations: You can do spices to taste, I love cinnamon, it is good for the digestion and the nerves, so I tend to get heavy handed with it. The Corn Starch you need is 1 tsp, but the entry was in grams, so I did my best to do math, not my best subject!!

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
peel and core apples, dice, place in baking dish with lid ( I use a pyrex dish)
melt Country Crock in microwave, pour over apples
add corn starch, cinnamon and allspice
add brown sugar
mix thoroughly
