2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
15 small shrimp (tails removed)
1 medium Red Onion
2 Jalapeno peppers
1 cup of Cherry Tomatoes
4 Tbsp Light Mayo
4 Tbsp fat free Sour Cream
Spices such as paprika, cumin, chile powder, onion powder, garlic powder, salt & pepper
Cut onion and jalapeno into large chunks.
Rinse shrimp and cut chicken into large chucnks as well.
Using kabob skewers, start assembling skewers of chicken, shrimp, and vegatables.
Meanwhile, mix sour cream & mayo with spices until you have a nice Southwestern kick.
Place skewers on grill and grill until heated through while basting with Southwest sauce.
