1 lb shrimp, deviened and peeled
1/2 cup lemon juice
4 Tbsp canola oil, divided
2 cloves (1 Tbsp) garlic
Remove shrimp from marinade and drain slightly. Cook in a skillet with remaining oil. Stir fry until done, in batches if necessary.
