Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients



    Pasta, cooked, 8 oz (remove)
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 cup (remove)
    Heavy Whipping Cream, 1.25 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) (remove)
    Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, 3 breast, bone and skin removed (remove)
    Shallots, 3 tbsp chopped (remove)
    Garlic, 4 clove (remove)
    Broccoli, fresh, 1 bunch (remove)
    butter

Tips

You could lighten this recipe by usuing olive oil instead of butter, & usuing low fat milk instead of heavy cream. But it is a rare night when Ted cooks, so I let him have at!


Directions

Ted grilled the chicken, on the stove with butter garlic & shallots. He removed the meat, & added the cream & cheese.
Then returned the chicken to finish it cooking, also adding teh fresh broccoli.
