    Ingredients:
    Ground beef, lean, 275 grams
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can (12 oz) yields
    Mushrooms, canned, 1.2 cup
    *Raw White Onion (Serving = 1 medium Onion), .25 serving
    *Red Bell Pepper (Peppers, sweet, red, raw) (USDA) (1 small, 74 g), 1 serving
    taco seasoning or combo of chili powder and cumin, 8 tsp
    Beans, black, .5 cup

Directions

brown the beef, add to slow cooker. add all canned items and spice to slow cooker. chop veggies, add in. taco soup.
