Introduction

From Blogilates.com, Cassey made this recipe. I decided to leave out the 2 tbsp milk like she has on her website, since I am lactose intolerant and they came out great! Ingredients

    0.5 cup egg beater egg whites
    1 banana, mashed
    1 scoop protein powder

Tips

Mash the banana first before adding other ingredients. It makes it a ton easier!


Directions

Spray skillet/pan with olive oil spray. Dollop pancakes on skillet. Cook normally as you would with pancakes.

Serving Size: Makes 8 little pancakes or 4 silver dollar pancakes.
