Nutmeat Balls

Ingredients

1 tin Sanitarium Nutmeat
8 oz lite Cottage cheese
1 cup cooked brown rice
2 weetbix
6 mint leaves chopped (optional)
2 eggs beaten
1 Tablespoon Torula Yeast (optional)
1 pkt French Onion Soup
1 teaspoon herbs
Tips
If using a spray to cook in then put the lid on the frying pan to assist the cooking. Everything in this recipe is precooked so you are only really holding it together with the egg and frying it.
Directions
Cook the rice.
While rice is cooking mash the nutmeat with a fork.
When the rice is cooked add all ingredients together and mix well.
Drop dessert spoon full into frying pan, and fry on one side for about 5 minutes and then turn and fry the other side for 5 minutes.
Oil can be used or you can use an oil or vegetable spray. If using a spray it will take a little longer if you want patties to brown.
