Pork Chop Casserole

Number of Servings: 4


    Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup (98% FF), 1.25 serving (half a can)
    Pork, fresh, loin, top loin (chops), boneless, separable lean and fat, raw, .87 lb
    Red Potato, 2 large
    1/4 Cup water
    Onion Soup Mix


Slice red potatos and layer in bottom of 8X8 pan
top with 4 pork chops
season with onion soup mix, salt and pepper
mix cream of mushroom soup with water and layer on top of pork chops
bake at 350 for 50 minutes covered
uncover and bake for 60 minutes

Serving Size: 1 pork chop with 1/4 potatos
