Left Over Stir Fry

Ingredients

    Rotisserie chicken, 4 oz
    1 cup frozen spinach
    1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (Great Value Broccoli Stir Fry)
    1/2 cup frozen peas
    1 TBS Sriracha hot sauce (Rooster Sauce)
    2 TBS soy sauce

    3/4 c cooked, half and half brown/white rice (NOT part of nutritional info; use what ever "bottom" you chose!)

Directions

Saute vegetables and sauces until tender. Add chicken and stir together! Eat with rice or noodles of your choice not included in nutritional info)
