Ingredients

    6 cups old fashioned oats
    1 cup sunflower seeds
    1 cup sliced almond
    1 cup shredded coconut
    2 1/2 cup whole wheat flour

    Put in blender and liquefy:
    1 cup veg. oil
    1 tbsp salt
    1 1/2 tsp vanilla
    1 cup brown sugar
    1 cup instant dry milk
    1 cup honey
    1 cup water

Directions

pour blended items over dry ingredients, mix well. Place on 2 cookie sheets. stir 2-3 times during baking. Bake 250 for 40 to 50 minutes . The gleam will be gone, but still should look moist.
